What kind of service do I get after purchasing from Mike and The Back Country?
Simple. I'm all yours forever. I am very easy to reach by email or cell phone. Or call our shop, open every day from 9-6pm CA Time at 530-582-0909. Our mechanics are THE VERY BEST, who are also 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE PROS. How can we not have the best possible attitude? We live in Tahoe and ski/ride/climb whenever we want! Seriously though, we can help you just like your local shop. Maybe better. We can guide you through bike repairs, handling warranty issues, etc...
AND, we give you LIFETIME FREE SERVICE on bikes we sell when you purchase at MSRP. It's simple. If we adjust, tune, tweak, or repair your existing parts, it will be FREE. We charge a nominal labor fee to "INSTALL" new parts or fluid as you would expect.

Just special ordered this beautiful 2013 Transition Covert in size large for a customer. Let us get one for you! This had the 2nd tier price kit and msrp is $3899. Check out http://www.transitionbikes.com for prices on all of their bikes. This company sells out early and is very respected these days for ride quality, durability and component selection. They are in Northshore Vancouver, so we wouldn't expect less. Great guys at this company, and a few of our employees are riding them every day.

2012 Transition Covert in stock 5-20-12. MSRP $4400, on sale for $4000!
The last one, Transition is killing it these days and sold out nationwide already in every size. Can't be that bad of a bike!
Transition is a BC Canada brand that has climbed the respect ladder to that of Kona, and we aren't suprised. It's a similar combination of die-hard northwest mountain bikers, passion, and amazing terrain. The Covert is your all-mountain rig. High end enough to be competitive with anything custom 7 grand dream bike your friends cook up, for a reasonable $4300. Transition bikes are solid, pedal efficient, and highly regarded in 3rd party magazine reviews. The parts are what you want from the leading manufacturers. And you'll probably be the only on the block with one. Check em out at http://www.transitionbikes.com

Our employees are really psyched with Transition. They ride great and hail from the promise land of Canada BC. Where trails and weather are for real.
