We only charge a nominal labor fee as expected to INSTALL new components or fluid on your bike.

We are an authorized dealer, and are VERY knowledgeable in working on Intense bikes. Most of employees have one, had one, or want one. These are the best bikes in the world, and have been respected as such for nearly 20 years since the owner made the first one. He still builds them by hand in Southern California. Intense bikes are known for being superior in both light weight, and pedal efficiency....yet they are also the choice of the most serious riders out there. You're not likely gonna break it in other words, and they handle awesome. Although not cheap, they are a little LESS expensive compared to their competitors like Yeti, Ibis, Ellsworth, etc...

This bike has a standover height of 28" from the top of the top tube to the ground, if measured jus below the nose of the saddle. This is the lowest standover we have found of any brand, if running Fox 36 front fork and 6" rear travel.
