You wouldn't think there's a legal mountain bike trail so close to the Sawtooths in the Hoover Wilderness Area of Bridgeport, but just outside of the boundary is a great singletrack loop of about 8 miles. It felt like twice as many miles however, and is quite steep in places. This trail is so beautiful however, that you won't mind pushing the bike a little or dealing with the scrapes on your legs from the bushes.

Get Tom Harrison's map for Hoover Wilderness and park at the Twin Lakes Campground. I've stayed there, and it's an awsome launching pad for some incredible adventures. The food isn't bad either in the campground diner.
