My skiing partner and I are experienced alpinists and backcountry skiers who are interested in skiing one of the Trans Sierra routes. We are planning on doing this the last ten days of March this year. The shuttle seems like a tedious and time consuming task with no easier options than 2 cars and another 600 miles of driving on top of the round trip from Seattle.
Any Sierra skiers out there with personal experience, your suggestions would be appreciated.

Skip, going north to south or vice versa, along the Eastern Sierra crest is way easier to deal with...with equally spectacular mountains to ski and gawk at. Check out John Moynier's Backcountry Skiing in the High Sierra Book (we sell it). He describes in great detail 7 options, all of which can be linked together. You can leave cars up multiple access points along hwy 395, and go as far as you want.

oh yeah, he also describes the 4 classic trans sierra routes in this guide book as well.
